Shortly after graduating from The New York College of Health Professions on Long Island, I relocated to New Hampshire with my family. In my spare time, you'll find me running obstacle course races, hiking in the mountains or skiing the slopes. I also love quilting and playing with colorful fabric.
I enjoy many forms of massage and gravitate toward therapeutic deep tissue. Cupping therapy is my speciality, and I received my Advanced Cupping Certification from the International Cupping Therapy Association. You might find that I incorporate a cup or two into our bodywork session but only with your consent, of course.
Your health and well-being are paramount, and I value your trust in me. While you are under my care please know that I will strive to help you reach your health goals as efficiently as possible. I'm honored to be part of your healthcare team and look forward to seeing you soon.
You will reap the benefits of massage if it becomes a regular part of your life. My goal is for us to work together to take better care of your health, long-term.
Communication is key. I need to know what you're feeling, experiencing and what you're looking to gain in order to best help you. In turn, I will explain the treatment and what you can expect to gain from it.
